Do I need to order in advance?
Yes. We suggest that you place your order when you confirm your accommodations. Orders can be placed on this website by clicking the "Order Linen Rental" link from the home page.


What is the reservation/payment policy?
All orders must be entered online and paid in advance. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.


What if I need to cancel a rental?
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Refunds are not issued for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice.


What if I am planning on picking up linens and arrive later than anticipated?
Call us if you think you will arrive after we close. We are open from 8am to 7pm daily. We can leave your linens outside our door tagged with your name.


Do I need to wash the linens before returning them?
No – you are on vacation! Laundering is included in the cost of the rental. All you need to do is gather and pack your linens in the bag we provide you and leave them on your doorstep if you arranged for delivery, or drop them at The Airport Laundromat if you picked them up.


If I find linens at the house I rented, do I get a refund if I return the ones that I rented?
You are welcome to return the linens early but no refund will be issued. Refunds are only issued if the rental is cancelled 72 hours in advance.


Am I responsible for lost or damaged items?
Yes. Any lost or damaged linens will be charged to your credit card and an invoice will be emailed to the address you have provided.


What if I need to return linens and you are closed?
If Takemmy Linen Rental is closed, you may leave linens in the tall grey laundry cart to the left of the building, between the Coke Machine and the Red Cross donation box. Please leave the copy of your order form in the bag so we know who to credit.
